All laptops will specify in their product descriptions exactly what software is pre-installed. None of the special offers or bundles come pre-loaded with MS Office. You need to purchase this as a separate item
Typically most new laptops now come with a minimum of 3 but please check in the product description
No, not yet. We are trying to put a comptetive offer together and will publish it on the site as soon as we have agreed the terms with the finance company for the best rates for you.
Unless your are a member of the MOD, you will not qualify for a VAT refund on your purchase. When do I get the VAT back? If you are a member of the MOD then you will be refunded the value of the VAT paid at the time of your purchase, once we have confirmation that you have received your item/s. The method used to pay for your order will be refunded the value of the VAT within 14 days of confirmation.i.e. Credit card will be refunded the value of the VAT paid. Can I pay a deposit and the balance at a later date? No, unfortunately we cannot offer this

Most items are in stock and will be delivered within 5 working days of your order being credit checked and your payment cleared. If the item is not in stock, then we will typically take a further 1 week unless we inform you directly otherwise
Yes we can deliver to most European countries but you will pay extra for the shipping. Can I collect my order? No. As our warehouse is highly secure we are unable to offer a collection facility

Simply access your account and you can track exactly where you order is up to.
You would have been left with an attempted delivery card with contact details and a consignment number on it. Please call the courier directly to arrange another time for you to accept the delivery (or arrange a collection from the local depot)
No unfortunately once you have processed your order and paid for it, the order is unable to be changed. Please contact the support team immediately quoting your order ref number
You can pay by a number of methods including credit / debit cards, BACS, cheque or Paypal. Please note there is a 1% commission charge added to your total order balance if the payment option of credit/debit card is chosen. Unfortunately we do have to make this charge as it is charged by the merchant online card authorisation company.
No problems. Simply place your order and at the checkout make sure you select the payment by cheque / BACS option. We will wait until your funds have cleared before releasing your order. For cheque payments please allow a further 5 days for shipping and for BACS a further 3 days.
For cheque payments, please send your cheque with an accompanying letter stating your order ref to One4uni Ltd, The Forum, 277 London Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9QU. Please ensure you include the delivery charge in your payment.

Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.
If you have ordered more than one item including a bundled product, they will normally be delivered together in one box, unless they are too bulky or too heavy in which case they will be delivered in separate boxes, but should still usually arrive on the same day.
We will notify you at the time of your order and typically will look to have new stock in within 1 week. Upon receiving the new stock, we will notify you that your order is due out for deloivery.
